This 34-year-old patient desired to restore breast volume that had been lost following breastfeeding of her three children. After discussing her goals and evaluating her anatomy, she was determined to be a borderline candidate for a breast lift but elected to proceed with breast augmentation alone. She underwent placement of 325 cc Mentor Moderate Plus Xtra silicone implants in the subglandular (above-the-muscle) position. Her results demonstrate improved breast fullness, enhanced shape, and restoration of volume while maintaining a natural appearance.

This 37-year-old patient desired to restore breast volume and fullness following pregnancy and breastfeeding of her three children. During her consultation, external implant sizers and Crisalix® 3D imaging with virtual reality technology were utilized to help her visualize potential outcomes and select her desired implant size. She underwent breast augmentation with 535 cc Mentor High Profile Xtra silicone implants placed in the subglandular (above-the-muscle) position. Her results demonstrate enhanced breast volume, improved upper pole fullness, and a more balanced breast contour that aligns with her aesthetic goals.

This 19-year-old patient is an accomplished powerlifter who desired increased breast fullness while maintaining her active lifestyle. Due to her athletic goals and significant use of the pectoral muscles, she elected to have her implants placed in the subglandular (above-the-muscle) position. She also presented with mild breast asymmetry, which was addressed by selecting different implant sizes for each breast. Breast augmentation was performed using Mentor Moderate Plus Xtra silicone implants, with a 405 cc implant on the right and a 350 cc implant on the left. Her results demonstrate enhanced breast volume, improved symmetry, and a natural, balanced contour that complements her physique.

This 35-year-old patient desired to restore breast volume and enhance her overall breast shape following pregnancy and breastfeeding of her two children. During her consultation, she expressed concerns about mild breast asymmetry and loss of fullness. She underwent breast augmentation with 440 cc Mentor Moderate Plus silicone implants placed bilaterally. Her results demonstrate improved breast volume, enhanced symmetry, and a balanced, natural-looking contour that complements her frame.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Detroit Mercy and her Master of Science in Nursing, with a focus in anesthesia, from Oakland University.

With over a decade of experience, Katy brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to every case. Katelyn is an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector with 14 years of nursing experience, the majority of which has been spent in the pediatric emergency department. For the past three years, Katelyn has specialized in aesthetic medicine and is certified in both neurotoxins and dermal fillers. She is known for her refined technique and artistic eye, focusing on subtle, natural-looking results that enhance each patient’s unique features. Katelyn is passionate about helping patients feel confident and empowered in their own skin, combining clinical precision with a personalized approach to care.

With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, she oversees budgeting and financial performance, revenue cycle management, human resources, compliance, vendor negotiations, marketing initiatives, and technology integration.

Tonya works closely with physicians and staff to refine workflows, strengthen internal policies, and implement systems that support both efficiency and long-term sustainability.

Her leadership style is hands-on, data-driven, and solutions-focused, with a focus on strengthening systems, communication, and team effectiveness. She is deeply engaged in process improvement and operational strategy, ensuring that the practice delivers a seamless and elevated patient experience.

Earlier in her career, Tonya spent over two decades at Lacks Cancer Center supporting breast oncology care—an experience that continues to shape her patient-centered perspective and commitment to compassionate service.

Rebekah Ross has been a Registered Nurse for 15 years. Her first 3 years of nursing were spent at Mercy Health Saint Mary’s taking care of elderly, cardiovascular, and kidney transplant patients. In 2014, she made the move to work in outpatient surgery at the same hospital. The main focus of that outpatient surgery center was breast cancer and reconstructive surgery.

Rebekah worked with these patients in all areas of surgery including pre-op, operating room, and post-op. She took a break for a couple years for her family, and then started working at Partners in Plastic Surgery. You can find her in the operating room following her patients through the entire surgery process from start to finish.

She truly loves this because she can really focus on her patient and give them her full attention. Having the same nurse throughout their surgery day makes them feel more comfortable and at ease.

Dawn’s professionalism and attention to detail contribute to her patients' goals of looking their best. Dawn has extensive training in dermal fillers, neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport), lasers and advanced training in biostimulators.
