* This 40 year old woman had a right breast cancer. She had bilateral mastectomies removing her nipple & areola on her right breast but leaving it on her left. Using a skin sparing along with a breast lift skin pattern, the remaining breast skin flaps were filled with bilateral latissimus dorsi muscles and tissue expanders. Her right nipple and areola was reconstructed at the first stage. Six months later her tissue expanders were replaced with smooth round silicone gel implants with a moderate plus profile and 450 cc volume on her right and 550 cc volume on her left. Additional revisionary touch ups were also done at this time. A month after her second stage reconstruction her right nipple & areola was tattooed completing her bilateral breast reconstruction.
