Lead OR Nurse

Oversees daily patient care activities of the Operating Room. Assures efficient utilization of OR resources. Proactively managing the long-range (4-6 week) patient schedule in collaboration with anesthesiology provider, surgeon, and OR staff members.
Works in conjunction with the Clinical Team Manager and Practice Manager to assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets, quality improvement programs, staffing levels, goals, objectives, regulatory compliance, and policies within the department. Assist in the evaluation and discipline of personnel. Assumes both a clinical (direct patient care) and leadership role.

Pay: From $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
