* This 40 year old woman had bilateral subcutaneous mastectomies (leaving all of the skin of the breast including her nipple and areolas) and bilateral latissimus dorsi and tissue expander breast reconstruction. Four months later her reconstruction was completed with replacement of her tissue expanders with medium height, high profile anatomically shaped silicone gel implants with a 495 cc volume and simple revisions to her reconstructed breasts and previous scars.
