This 58 year old mother of four decided it was time to do something for herself. She had very pretty breasts but had a mild asymmetry and wished to have more volume. She sought out an experienced breast surgeon and together they devised a surgical plan. Her breast asymmetry was addressed by choosing smooth round gel implants with slightly different volumes. The final volumes were 405 cc for her right breast and 350 cc for her left. Complete dissection of the pectoral muscles ensured that even when she flexes her muscles, there is no distortion of her implants. The inframmary fold incisions are well hidden giving her a lovely breast augmentation result at only six weeks out from her procedure.
