This young woman is seeking a breast augmentation. She is a small busted woman who wants a better sense of proportion and a mild breast asymmetry. A carefully planned breast augmentation would address both of her concerns. As with any breast augmentation she had the opportunity to make choices regarding important details including incision location, implant location and the size, shape and type of implant used. She tried on various sizers until she found the “look” that she was going for. When trying on the sizers a difference of 50 cc seemed to even out her breast asymmetry. The implants ultimately chosen were smooth round gel implants with 400 cc on for the right breast and 350 cc for the left They were placed using an inframmary fold incision and in the sub-pectoral position.
