*This lovely 48 year old wanted some fullness added to her breasts without an “augmented” look. Her surgeon suggested using anatomically shaped gel implants. They were placed under the muscle using an inframmary fold incision. The volume used was 315 cc. As a result she has a beautiful breast shape while appearing natural. She is very happy with her result.
