Here is a 51 year old woman who didn’t like the the lack of volume in her breasts. After a thorough discussion with her surgeon she decided to have a breast augmentation. The implants of choice were 315 cc anatomically shaped gel. They were placed under her pec muscles through an inframmary fold incision.
