*After losing over 50 pounds and keeping it off for a few years this 42 year old gentleman decided he wanted to improve his appearance. He was interested in having the redundant skin and a little bit of fat that still accumulated around his waist removed. He presented to our office and discussed his goals with one of our surgeons. A surgical plan was designed that would best help him to achieve his goals. A surgical plan was made to proceed with a lower body lift, removing the excess skin circumferentially and standard liposuction to get rid of the residual fat in his waist area. He is only six weeks out from his outpatient procedure with a stunning result. He still has some swelling so his appearance will only improve with time.
