*This 35 year old woman wanted to have a breast lift. She also asked about having some liposuction. Rather than discard the fat removed with her liposuction, she and her surgeon decided to use it to add a little volume to her breasts. She had 250 cc of fat added to her right breast and 350 cc to her left. The excess skin of her breasts was removed in a circumvertical fashion; removing a rim around the areola and a small wedge of skin from the under side of each breast.
