*For this young woman the asymmetry in her breasts was her biggest concern. Her asymmetry made finding a bra impossible and made her self conscious about her appearance. In addition, she had the typical symptoms of breasts that are too large. During her consult with one of our surgeons she learned that a procedure to correct her asymmetry was simply to have a bilateral breast reduction. It was just a matter of removing more tissue from her right breast than her left. Her surgery was done as an out patient and she did very well. She is four years out from her surgery and is very happy with her decision to have the procedure done. Buying and fitting into bras and clothing is so much easier for her now.
