*This tall statuesque 35 year old woman presented to our office desiring to add volume to her pretty breasts. After a thorough exam and consult with her surgeon she discovered that she would do well with either smooth round or anatomically shaped gel implants. After considerable thought and discussion she chose the anatomically shaped device. She had a mild volume asymmetry so a 475cc implant was used for her right breast and a 420cc for her left. They were placed through an inframmary fold incision and into a sub-pec location. Her post operative view shows her at just six weeks out from her bilateral breast augmentation with beautifully shaped full breasts.
