*This young mother’s biggest concern was that she had lost her abdominal wall competency after her pregnancies. Since she had a little excess skin as well her surgical fix was to have a mini tummy tuck. Through the incision used to remove the skin, her abdominal wall was sutured to its pre-pregnancy state. Because so little skin was removed an umbilical float technique was used. She is shown here at one year after her procedure with a fine resolution to her lax abdominal wall.
