*Here is an example of thinking outside the box and using new technology to correct this 30 year old’s breast asymmetry and ptosis. She obviously needed a breast lift but also needed a little tissue removed from the right larger breast. On the other hand she could have used a little extra volume in her smaller left breast. Why not use her own (extra) tissue from the right breast to augment the left? With fat grafting techniques in our armamentarium these days her surgeon was able to do just that. It negated the need for adding a breast implant, gave her the lift she needed, corrected her asymmetry using her own tissue and gave her a very pretty result. Updated photos comparing 6 month result to 2 year result. Note how she has maintained her volume and the thickness of her upper breasts.
