*First set of photos: This petite 5’1″, 110 lb woman wanted to have a fuller breast but a modest augmentation. She had a long discussion with her surgeon to decide on the type of implant and the look that she ultimately desired. She had a bit of a size discrepancy in her native breasts so two different sized implants were used. The implant of choice was a smooth round gel with a moderate plus profile. She had a 175 cc implant placed under her right breast and 150 cc under her left. The implants were placed under her pec muscle through an inframmary fold incision. These photos show her at just two months out from her procedure with a very pretty result.
Second set of photos: She is now one year out from her breast augmentation. These photos show a comparison of her two month and one year result. Her breasts are still soft and very pretty.
