* This 51 year old woman had had bilateral mastectomies and implant breast reconstruction several years ago. She was not completely happy with how her breasts looked so she decided to discuss her options for revisionary surgery. Fortunately for her she saw one of our surgeons who has done a lot of breast surgery including a number of revisionary surgeries. As an out patient, her implants were (temporarily) removed, work was done to the breast capsule, fat grafting was done to soften the contours of her breasts and her inframmary fold on her right breast was redefined. Then her current implants were simply put back in place. It is amazing what a few, but vital, techniques can do to improve the look of a breast.
