*This 53 year old woman wanted to “look better for herself and fit into clothes better.” She also wanted a full breast look. Her operative strategy included using a subpectoral location (underneath the muscle) for 400cc smooth round gel breast implants with a moderate plus profile. The incision was placed in the inframmary fold. Here she is nine months following her bilateral breast augmentation. She is very pleased with her result.
