*Here is a 54 year old woman who had had a right breast cancer which was treated by lumpectomy & radiation. She presented with a breast asymmetry. Her opposite breast was too large for her so the surgical plan was fairly straight forward. Her experienced surgeon had dealt with this same scenario many times before. He slightly reduced and lifted her remaining right breast using the SPAIR incision pattern and did a standard SPAIR breast reduction on her left breast removing 1072 gms! This was done as an out patient and she was surprised at the easy recovery and very pleased with her symmetry. These post op photos show her at only 6 weeks out so she has some healing to do but she has a great start!
