*This 42 year old 5’3″ 137 lb. woman presented to our office looking for additional volume to her breasts. She had lost some of her volume and wanted to be full breasted like she was earlier in life. Through inframmary fold incisions smooth round gel breast implants were placed in a sub-glandular plane. She had a mild asymmetry so a 425cc implant was placed in her right breast and a 375cc in her left. Through one surgery she got the look she wanted and corrected her asymmetry as well. She is very pleased with her result!
