*Here is a 55 year old woman who wanted the excess skin on her arms removed. This procedure takes some skill to remove the skin without taking too much or creating puffed up skin (called dog-ears) at the end of the scars. These photos are only 6 weeks after surgery but her incisions are looking very good and she has a natural contour to her upper arms.
