* This 58 year old woman presented with a right breast cancer. She decided to proceed with bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and immediate tissue expander breast reconstruction. Through a laterally curved incision from the bottom of each areola to her inframmary fold, the mastectomies were done. The tissue expanders and an acellular dermal matrix replaced her breast tissue. Six months later anatomically shaped cohesive gel breast implants replaced her tissue expanders. Her final result shown here is only 2 months following her 2nd stage of reconstruction. She has a very natural shape and look to her reconstructed breasts.
