*Volume was not as much of a concern for this 39 year old mother as was the fact that she felt that her breasts were “saggy”. She wanted a breast lift but needed a little extra volume added as well. Through a circumvertical incision, excess skin was removed in the form of a lift. Then a modest 275 cc moderate plus profile smooth round gel implant was placed under her pectoral muscle and breast tissue to give her a pretty breast shape without giving her an over stuffed look to her breasts. She is now two years out from her aug/pexy and very happy with her result!
