*For this 45 year old woman, loss of breast volume was her number one dissatisfaction with her breasts. However, simply restoring her breast volume was only going to make her breasts appear” saggy” as well. Her surgical plan included adding a breast lift to her skin envelope along with smooth round gel breast implants with a moderate plus profile. Given the lack of breast tissue and a mild breast asymmetry a 450cc implant was placed in her right breast and a 425cc in her left. The implants were placed in a sub-glandular position as despite the lack of breast volume, she naturally had plenty of upper pole fullness. This is evident when looking at her pre-op lateral (side) views. A SPAIR incision pattern was used to do the breast lift. She is shown here at only 3 months post-op so her incisions are still a bit red. These will fade with time, however her breast shape is very pretty and she is very happy with her result!
