*This 25 year old woman presented with both a breast asymmetry and a mild tuberous breast deformity. Meticulous surgical planning was needed to ensure an optimal outcome. Her surgical plan included a peri-areola incision, scoring of the soft tissue of her breasts to open up her breast pockets, a sub-glandular plane and 325cc smooth round gel implants. Despite her asymmetry the same size implants were used as her asymmetry was more of a difference in shape than in volume. Her post operative appearance achieved both goals of correcting her mild deformities along with the goals of a breast augmentation,
