*This tall 51 year old felt like her breasts were too small for her overall frame. She desired to have a breast augmentation. Smooth round gel implants were going to work very well for her. She did have a mild breast asymmetry so a 425 cc implant was used for her right breast and a 375 cc for her left. The implants were placed under her muscle using an inframmary fold incision. She is now six weeks out from her procedure and has a great result.
