*This 40 year old woman came to our office to discuss having a breast lift, however both she and her surgeon were concerned that a breast lift alone would not give her the volume that she ultimately wanted in her breasts. After trying on sizers it was decided to add small implants as well. Her procedure consisted of a circumvertical breast lift using 175cc smooth round gel implants with a moderate plus projection. Her early six week result shows a very pretty breast shape and appropriate volume for her 5′ 8″ frame.
