*This 40 year old woman presented here to discuss a breast reduction. She was experiencing back, neck and shoulder pain from the weight and size of her breasts. While she was here she asked about having liposuction to her abdomen as well. Her abdominal wall was in good shape so her surgical plan for her abdomen was liposuction only. A SPAIR breast reduction was done at the same time removing approximately 400 gms from each breast. Lastly, liposuction was done to her posterior hips and lateral thighs. She had a stunning result and was very happy with the result of her combined procedures.
