*This motivated woman had lost over 100 lbs! Unfortunately she also lost the volume in her breasts. She presented to our office to discuss a surgical plan with one of our surgeons. Her goals were to restore her breast volume and remove excess skin. A fairly common surgical plan was proposed. It would involve using smooth round gel breast implants and doing a circumvertical SPAIR breast lift. She tried on breast sizers to see how big she wanted to be and a range of breast implant sizes were chosen to take to the operating room. The final size implant chosen was a 350cc device with a moderate plus projection. Her implants were placed under the muscle. She is shown here at 5 months out from her procedure with a very nice result to a well thought out surgical plan.
