Here is a 30 year old that has 3 children and breast fed all of them. She is done having kids and wanted more fullness in her breasts. We decided on using 2 different size implants do to a small asymmetry. Right breast has a 325 cc implant and left has a 295 cc implant. Here she is before and 1 year post op.
