*This 49 year old woman had a breast asymmetry but wanted to have as little surgery as possible. By using a SPAIR reduction technique the left breast was reduced by 170 gms and nothing was done to her opposite breast. Her goals were achieved with minimal surgery and recovery and she is very pleased with her result.
