*This 39 year old active mother did not feel that her large breast size was proportionate to her small 5’1”, 103 pound frame. In addition, pregnancy and breast feeding had left her breasts droopy and somewhat deflated. The large breast size and weight were a hindrance to her very athletic lifestyle. She underwent a SPAIR breast reduction and lift. Before surgery, she was wearing a 34DD bra. During surgery, 346 grams of breast tissue was removed from the right, and 303 grams from the left. Her breasts were lifted into a much more perky position with a beautiful, natural shape. Post-op photos are shown just 4 months after her SPAIR reduction and lift.
