*This 43 year old woman was concerned about the “saggy” appearance of her breasts following the birth of her children. She did not have enough breast tissue to do a breast lift alone so small gel breast implants were added. Through a circumvertical incision (around the areola and a curved incision down to the inframmary fold) a SPAIR breast lift with the addition of a 225 cc moderate profile implant on her right and 175 cc moderate plus profile implant on her left, gave her the full and lifted look she was going for.
