This 38 year old woman’s breasts were deflated after childbirth and lap band surgery. She had a bilateral breast augmentation using smooth round gel implants with a 440 cc volume and moderate profile plus with x-tra projection. The implants were placed under her pec muscles through an inframmary fold incision. She is now six weeks out from her bilateral breast augmentation.
