42 year old woman presents with concerns about the symptoms associated with the weight of her breasts. She had a short scar breast reduction removing 505 & 515 gms of tissue from her breasts. Skin was also removed and re-tailored to lift her breasts. She is now seven months out from her bilateral SPAIR breast reduction.
