This very small breasted woman wanted to add volume to her breasts after her pregnancies and breast feeding. At 5’3″ and 105 lbs. a smaller implant was all that she needed. Anatomically shaped gel implants were chosen for their natural shape. Her inframmary fold incision hides very nicely and fully dissecting the pec muscles allows flexing with very little distortion. Here she is shown at one year after her bilateral breast augmentation with a lovely natural looking bust line.
