*This lovely 50 year old woman had previous breast surgery. A couple of years prior she had had a breast lift along with fat grafting to augment her breasts. Her concerns when she presented to our office were that her nipple and areolas were too large, her breasts seemed to have sagged again and she desired to have more volume in her breasts. Various options were discussed. She chose to have another breast lift with the addition of a couple of small smooth round gel breast implants. She had a mild breast asymmetry so a 170 cc implant was placed in her right breast and a 130 cc in her left. The implants had a moderate plus projection and were placed in the sub-glandular position. She is now six weeks out from her revisionary breast surgery and very happy with her result!
