*This 39 year old woman presents with a very common appearance of her breasts after having her children. Her breast skin has been stretched and the breasts have lost volume giving her breasts a “saggy” and under filled appearance. All she needed was to have the volume restored. She liked the anatomically shaped breast implants so a suitable volume, height and width was chosen after significant discussion with her surgeon. Her implants are moderate height with moderate plus projection with a 375 cc volume. They were placed using an inframmary fold incision and sub-pectoral plane. She is now eight months out from her bilateral breast augmentation.
