*After losing an amazing 170 plus lbs a few years ago, this 37 year old woman had an extended tummy tuck done elsewhere. Although she was pleased with her tummy she was unhappy with the remaining skin on her lower back. She presented to our office to discuss the possibility of having this removed. Upon examination her surgeon found that she would benefit from removal of additional skin from the sides of her abdomen as well as from the lower back. As an out-patient a significant wedge of skin was excised from each side along with her lower back. She is shown here four months after her procedure. Notice how the removal of this skin also smoothed her buttocks and upper thighs! She is very happy with her result!
