* This 51 year old had a diagnosis of right breast cancer. The treatment she required was to have a right lumpectomy and radiation. She had enough breast tissue that the removal of the area of concern could easily be managed by re-arrangement of the remaining breast tissue and skin envelope. The opposite breast would be treated in a similar manner by doing a small breast reduction. She is shown here at one year after her oncoplastic breast surgery. Her radiation has also been completed. Her breasts have a pretty shape and for all practical purposes look like she simply had a small short scar breast reduction..
