*This 29 year old woman presented with the typical symptoms of breasts that were too large for her frame along with a significant breast asymmetry. Using the SPAIR technique 350 gms of tissue was removed from her left breast and 225 gms from her right breast. Her symptoms were relieved, her asymmetry was resolved and her resulting very pretty breasts were much more appropriate for her small body frame. She is now 10 years out from her breast reduction and still has very pretty breasts!
