*This 35 year old woman presented to discuss having a breast reduction. She had grooves in her shoulders along with additional typical symptoms associated with the weight of heavy breast tissue. Her SPAIR breast reduction removed 660 gms from her right breast and 639 gms from her left. She is now six months out from her out patient surgery and very happy with her result. She has noticed a great reduction in her pre operative symptoms.
