* This woman had an unusually heavy brow and forehead that made her appear almost stern or angry. More importantly her eyebrows were resting on her orbital rims and her eyelids were creating an obstruction of her vision. In her case the best treatment was an open brow lift. Using an incision within her hairline, excess skin was removed and the remainder of the skin of her forehead was pulled up. As you can see, the result was an opening of her pretty eyes and an improvement to the appearance on her face. A very nice resolution to a problem for this young woman.
