*This 51 year old woman had been contemplating a breast reduction for a number of years. She had struggled with neck and shoulder pain with grooves from her bra straps. She also had both upper and lower back pain due to her heavy breast tissue. A short scar reduction procedure (SPAIR) was described to her and she scheduled her surgery. The final weight off her right breast was 740 gms and the left was 690 gms. She noticed relief from her symptoms immediately after surgery. She is now six months postop and very happy that she finally had the procedure done.
