* This young woman presented to our office to discuss recontouring of her nose. She felt it was too large for her face and did not like the “hump” that was visible mostly when looking at her profile from the side. She talked with one of our surgeons and a surgical plan was devised. As an outpatient a rhinoplasty was done to reduce the dorsal hump. Her surgeon also defined and shaped the tip of her nose. Her post op photos show her at six months out from her procedure with a very pleasing resolution. She is very happy with her result!
