*This 39 year old woman wanted a modest breast augmentation to add some volume to her breasts. She also had inverted nipples which she wanted to have corrected.Using 245cc medium height, moderate profile anatomically shaped silicone gel implants a very natural result was obtained. Her implants were slipped in through an inframmary fold incision and placed under her breast tissue. At the same time her inverted nipples were surgically corrected. She was very happy with her result, found that it was easier to fill out her clothes and correction of her inverted nipples was a nice added touch.
