*Here is a 25 year old woman who had very little native breast tissue and a mild congenital deformity called a tuberous breast deformity. She presented to our office to discuss options for a more natural looking bustline. After a thorough examination and discussion with one of our sugeons, a surgical plan was made. Through an inframmary fold incision, smooth round gel implants with a volume of 375cc and moderate plus profile were placed under her pec muscles. She is shown here at six months after her procedure with a beautiful resolution to her previously small and constricted breasts. Needless to say, she is very happy with her result!
