* This 37 year old woman was diagnosed with breast cancer. She and her surgical team decided to proceed with bilateral mastectomies as treatment for her cancer. Her breasts were slightly underfilled and ptotic so her reconstructive plan included a breast lift and additional volume. Her breast reconstruction was done in two stages. The first stage was done at the time of her skin and nipple sparing mastectomies. The second stage was completed eight months later as an out -patient. Her post-op appearance shows her five months after her final procedure with a very pretty breast reconstruction!
