*This 57 year old woman presented to our office to discuss having a bilateral breast reduction. Because of her body habitus she was an ideal candidate for reducing her breast volume with liposuction, then re-tailoring her skin envelope using a circum-vertical excision pattern. She is now 18 months post op from her procedure. As you can see it worked very well for her. She is delighted with her result.
