Here is a 31 year old woman seeking breast augmentation following her pregnancies. This fit and trim woman wanted a better sense of proportion. Her breasts had lost their volume and appeared saggy and deflated. She was very clear regarding her post operative goal. She wanted a natural, proportionate appearance. This was achieved using smooth round gel breast implants with a modest 275 cc volume. They were placed under her pec muscles using an inframmary fold incision. She is shown at six weeks after her out patient procedure. She is very pleased with the natural correction of her bust-line which enables her to fill out her clothing without appearing “augmented.
