*This 67 year old woman had numerous concerns with her abdomen.She had extra skin after losing over 80 lbs, had noticeable scarring and tethering of the skin of her abdominal wall following previous abdominal surgeries and had lost her abdominal wall competency. She presented to our office with her concerns and questions as to how to best address these surgically. After a candid talk with one of our very competent surgeons a decision was made.
